19th Century Italian Vitrine on Stand Rococo Style

We love the charm and whimsy of this special vitrine cabinet. Painted in a light green with a deep blue interior, the top portion has glazed doors with the original glass, The broken pediment and the apron on lower section are decorated with a lovely shell motif, characteristic of the Rococo style. The upper cabinet consists of two serpentine shaped shelves, another unique detail of the piece. The base is decorated with lovely carvings and pierced accents, and is raised on cabriole legs with hoof feet. This gem is not only beautiful, but can serve as a home to dishes, books, decorative accents, towels in a bathroom, or in a dressing room for handbags!
